做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
