做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
