做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
