做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
