做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
