做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
