做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
