做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
