做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
