做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
