做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
