做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
