做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
