做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
