做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
