做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
