做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
