做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
