做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
