做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
