做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
