做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
