做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
