做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
