做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
