做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
