做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
