做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
