做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
