做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
