做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
