做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
