做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
