做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
