做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
