做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
