做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
