做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
