做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
