做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
