做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
