做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝(cháng )。 -
