做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
