做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
