做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
