做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
