做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
