做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
