做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
