做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
